At the Burlington County Lyceum of History & Natural Sciences

from 11am - 3pm.

The Battle of Iron Works Hill (December 1776) was a significant factor in securing American independence.

The battle would allow Washington’s infamous crossing of the Delaware and ultimately gain a victory at the Battle of Trenton.

This battle will be commemorated in downtown Mount Holly, featuring colonial crafts, cooking demonstrations, presentations and a visit from Thomas Paine.​
